QUAINTQUARTERS VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore established a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. General Policy Overview The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, which provides services for psychotherapy sessions, courses, and digital products. By purchasing any services or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by this policy.

 

2. Digital Products

  • Once a digital product (including courses and e-books) has been purchased, there will be no option for a refund or cancellation.

  • All sales of digital products are final.

3. Psychotherapy Sessions

  • Booking Confirmation: Upon booking a therapy session, your payment will be processed, and the session is considered confirmed.

  • Refunds: Refunds for booked psychotherapy sessions will not be issued under any circumstances except as mentioned below under rescheduling policy.

  • Rescheduling Policy:   - If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, you must inform the therapist at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling will be permitted in this case.   - If the therapist is unavailable at the scheduled time, you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment.   - In the event of the therapist's unavailability for a protracted period and the customer prefers a refund, the customer must email our support team- support(at)qqsphere.com. A refund will be processed in this scenario.

  • To request a reschedule or refund, please contact our support team via email at [support(at)qqsphere.com]. Include your booking details and the reason for your request to expedite the process.

5. Limitation of Refunds

  • Refunds will not be considered for any other circumstances apart from those explicitly stated in this policy.

6. Changes to Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

7. Acceptance of Terms
